Story – The Kingston Trio

Story - The Kingston Trio Artist: The Kingston Trio
Album: Story
Release Date: 2000
Duration: 55:12
Genre: Folk
Styles: Folk Revival, Folk-Pop, Traditional Folk

The Dutch, double-disc collection, Story, offers 20 of the Kingston Trio’s best-known performances, including “Tom Dooley,” “M.T.A.,” “Where Have All the Flowers Gone?,” and “This Land Is Your Land.” With a track listing similar to Capitol’s Collector’s Series compilation, Story offers an enjoyable, if simplified, retrospective of the Trio’s glory days. Disc two is a CD-ROM featuring a biography, photo gallery, and discography, all of which are nice, but not necessarily essential additions.
